It can only get better....right?

It's only 8:20am here and I wish I could just get back in bed already!
My sweet husband went on a food run last night for me because apparently I was going to die of starvation (of course I'm a little dramatic), but by the time he got back I wasn't hungry anymore because I was so nauseated. :-( I got ZERO sleep last night from being so nauseous, so of course this morning was a struggle. I woke my girls up, took a shower, and piddled around whinning to my 8 year old about how I don't wanna go to work...I don't think she cared.
Anyway, I went to the fridge to start making my daughter's lunch and BAM, it hit me. The smell. I had the bright idea last night that my *chinese* food that Kevin went to get me would be ok to save so I could take to work with me in the morning. BAD IDEA. It literally took less than 2 seconds for me to puke right there on the floor of my kitchen. Fun times.
So after cleaning that up, I had to hold my breath and breathe in and out of my mouth only, while making my daughter's lunch, so that I wouldn't smell that putrid scent.
When we finally make it into the car to head off to school, that's when I realize I haven't even done my damn hair...FML. Seriously, who forgets to brush their hair? Well we were already running late, so I just ran back in the house and grabbed a brush and some hairspray so I could attempt to fix my hair at work. My daughter said "why don't you just tell the people at work, What, you forgot it was crazy hair day today?"...somehow I don't think that would have worked out.
Thankfully there was a major traffic jam on the highway (never thought I'd say that) and it caused everyone to be late to work (except me b/c I come the opposite way!). So I was able to sneak in with no one seeing me look like I escaped from prison. No, really. I'm not kidding. I looked a hot mess. I fixed my hair the best I could in the women's restroom and now I just wanna go home!
It can only get better, right?

You should just shave you head like I do. Seriously, I just wake up and I'm ready for work. It's worth a shot!
